An order is accepted only after we confirm the order and process payment. Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and must be handled as a return request according to our Refund Policy.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Returns and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.
We offer a 14-day return policy for eligible items. Returned items must meet the conditions stated in our Refund Policy, including being unused, undamaged, unmodified, and in their original packaging.
For returns that are not caused by damage, defect, or an incorrect item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, color, or variant, please return the item you have first. Once the return is accepted and refunded, you may place a new order.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or video showing the issue.

European Union Consumer Rights
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days after receiving it, for any reason and without giving a justification, subject to the conditions set out in our Refund Policy and applicable law.
