Palmvex does not currently offer custom-made products. Product changes, special versions, or limited releases are only available when officially announced.

Returns & Refunds
If there is a problem with your order, please contact Palmvex within 7 days of delivery.
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Depending on the situation, Palmvex may offer a replacement, partial refund, or refund.
Palmvex does not normally accept returns for change of mind, incorrect product choice, or personal preference.
If a return is exceptionally approved by Palmvex, the item must be unused and returned in its original condition.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, local handling fees, and payment processing fees are not refundable.
If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, unpaid customs duties or taxes, or failure to collect the package, the original shipping fee and related costs are not refundable. Reshipping requires a new shipping fee.
Used products, products damaged through use, and products modified after delivery are not eligible for return.
Refunds, when applicable, are issued after the returned item has been received and checked.
