This Shipping Policy applies to purchases made through Palmvex.
Palmvex Flow is operated by XIAMEN SIMING DISTRICT WANWUYINLI CULTURE MEDIA STUDIO.

Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
Some items may require a short preparation time before dispatch, depending on current stock, production status, or order volume.
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you by email where possible.
Shipping Destinations
We ship to selected countries and regions.
Available shipping methods, shipping costs, and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout when available.
If your destination is not available at checkout, it may mean that we currently do not ship to that country or region.
Shipping Costs and Free Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, order contents, package size, package weight, and available shipping method.
Free shipping may be available for qualifying orders depending on the destination country or region.
Current free shipping thresholds are generally as follows:
US$150+:
Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, Australia, and New Zealand.
US$200+:
Indonesia, Europe, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, United States, Canada, Mexico, and Mongolia.
US$250+:
Switzerland, Israel, and Cyprus.
US$300+:
South Africa, Argentina, Brazil, Ecuador, Chile, Peru, and Colombia.
Free shipping thresholds may change from time to time. The final shipping cost and any available free shipping option shown at checkout will apply to your order.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.
Actual delivery time may vary depending on the destination country or region, shipping carrier, customs processing, local postal services, holidays, weather, and other factors outside our control.
International orders may take longer during busy seasons or when customs clearance is delayed.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide tracking information when available.
Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the package is handed over to the carrier.
Please note that tracking detail and update frequency may vary depending on the destination country, carrier, and local postal service.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, handling fees, or similar charges when the package enters your country or region.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not controlled by Palmvex.
Palmvex is not responsible for paying or refunding import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, handling fees, or similar charges, unless required by applicable law.
Customers are responsible for complying with the import rules and customs requirements of their country or region.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address, postal code, phone number, and contact information are accurate and complete before placing your order.
Palmvex is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, return-to-sender issues, or lost packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable shipping information provided by the customer.
If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at palmvexflow@gmail.com. We will try to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.
Failed Delivery, Refused Packages, and Unclaimed Packages
If a package cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, missing contact information, refusal to pay customs charges, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, the package may be returned, delayed, abandoned, or destroyed by the carrier or customs authority.
In these cases, any refund, replacement, or reshipment will be reviewed case by case and may be reduced by shipping costs, return shipping costs, customs fees, or other charges incurred.
Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your order is lost, significantly delayed, damaged upon arrival, or different from what you ordered, please contact us at palmvexflow@gmail.com.
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or video showing the issue.
Confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect items will be handled according to our Refund Policy.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at palmvexflow@gmail.com.
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. After dispatch, it must be handled according to our Refund Policy.
